Always brace yourself with bad service with LG!

The LG company is not loyal, i have taken my phone to them and they keep giving me stories about it being assessed. Its been a month now not having a phone, when i try to call and find answers they dont pick up their phones and i dont know what to do because when they answer they always shift blame from one person to another, can i please have my phone or replace it since its not my fault that you guys do faulty phones, i cant be reached all thanks to your bad cell phones that you guys create. someone please assist me with a concrete answer when am i getting my phone *** i will be waiting for a phone call and an email from management now since people that are below dont know how to assist.
