After Sales Service

<p>My dishwasher which was just within the warranty period started given me a error message on a Sunday morning. I then went through all the steps to try and sort it out myself to no avail. I then decided to phone the LG customer service centre on the number which was still on the dishwasher. It being a Sunday I expected to get a voicemail telling me when the operating hours are and then would have to call again the Monday, but to my surprise the phone call was answered by Olga (Very Knowlegable, Competent and very friendly) who without any issues helped me to log a call out for the repair. 48 hours if not less than that later I was contacted by the Cape Town branch to advise when the repair would be done by Harnu (excuse the spelling if it is wrong). They said it would be between 11 and 12. Expecting Harnu to be late (as is always the case with other companies) I left work about 10 mins before the scheduled repair. To my surpise when I arrived ten minutes late Harnu was waiting for me. He was on time WOW!!!! With a smile on his face he fixed my dishwasher and too was very knowlegable. While fixing my dishwasher i asked him to check out my front loader washing machine door (also LG) which had some sort of leak in the door. He inspected the door and advised me that it needed to be replaced and as soon as he got back to the office he would order part and all i had to do was just log another call with Olga. I did this again expecting a bit of attitude because this is the second time in a couple of days that i am logging another call but once again with no problem Olga logged my repair. I then received another call from the Cape Town office advising when my repair would take place, and this time I decided to be on time. Got home on time and again to my surpirse Harnu was waiting for me. He then replaced my front loader door. I then asked him about the LG solardom which i am still interested in buying and he answered every question I had, again proving to me how knowlegable he was.</p> <p>WOW!!!! what awesome after sales service!!!!!! Olga and Harnu is an asset to your company and they do LG proud!!!!! I am absolutely in awe of these two employees of LG!!!! Well done guys, because of guys like the two of you I have no regrets in buying LG!!!!! I had to give recognition where it is due and in this case it is definately due!!!! Thanks once again really appreciate the awesome service!!! </p>
