My first purchase from LG was a 55cm state of the art TV, after about 8 weeks at the bottom of the TV was a blue line so I contact them they come out and could not fix it after months of emails LG say that the TV is an old model and could not replace it and give me a credit voucher My second purchase was the LG microwave 5 years guarantee the salespeople show me now I took it back after a mull function just about 14 months old sorry its only guarantee for 12 months, no one can tell me what the 5 year is for so again now I booked it in R650 inspection fee sorry LG you are not recommended by me or anybody this was my last purchase from LG
