4 Months and still cannot repair

WOW. I have been a LG phone user for years... but my latest experience with LG and MTN has completely broken my trust.

My latest LG phone out of the box has been causing problems. Battery life... GPS... hot to the touch.. etc. I handed it into the MTN repair center... but they are unable to fix it. They have had it now for 4 months.... still nothing.

My trust in LG and their phones is completely in the balance.
