Misconduct and misuse of power in the corporate environment.(******)

On the 29 February 2020, I signed a contract with LFP group for my second learnership which I have been progressed to, in IT-end user. On the 10 March 2020 I received a call from Mavis to inform me that I need to come in for an induction on the 11 March 2020, I told her okay but I can not confirm as I might be writing an entrance exam. Within a few minutes I contacted the college and asked for Mavis, she was not available, I then spoke to Lerato and told her I would not be able to make it as I have an entrance exam on the 11 March,she said it's fine they would schedule another day for me to come in to do the induction. I have made constant contact with numerous personal at the college, namely(Mavis, Alice). On Friday I was contacted by Rabia, and I was verbally abused and she said that she is kicking me out of the learnership. I then contacted Alice, she said that they are awaiting confirmation from the client on what to do. At the same time a learner, who didn't even contact the college was called in to sign the balance of his contracts on Monday. I called on numerous occasions even on the 16 March to ask when can I come in for the induction, I left numerous messages for Mavis to contact me, but she didn't. Only on Tuesday 17 March she made contact and said that the client terminated my learnership. I contacted the client TVE (Transvaal electric Motors) on the 18 March 2020, and spoke to the HR department, they had informed me that they did not receive any email regarding my learnership and proof of the email needs to be sent to myself and the company regarding the termination of my learnership.My mum then spoke to Coen the head of the recruitment department at LFP, he was extremely rude and told my mum that I have been replaced by another learner, he basically did not want to hear or explain anything, and slammed the phone down on my mum. This seems to be a ****** encounter. I am so disappointed of the fact that people can misuse their power and make learners like me feel like I am incapable.
