No professionalism!

I did a course in 2019 with them, Certificate in Generic Management. I tried calling today, the lady said she cannot hear me and she will call me on 5 minutes. 15 minutes passed and I called again and spoke to some rude lady who was rushing me so I can drop the call, telling me to call tomorrow to speak to Lulu and the certificates are still not ready. Said I was not being friendly when I responded to her rudeness and asked for my age. Does this intuition even have professionalism to say the least?! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to this ***** college/school. It’s just that I got the sponsorship from work otherwise what a waste of time!
