LFP release the UIF papers

I was in a learnership twice at LFP, under stainbuild and ABSA, the problem I have is I can't claim UIF become they never submitted our release papers. LFP has been closed and I feel like as they closed their company they should have removed us from their system so that we can claim UIF, at labour I was told I need to go back to LFP to get my UIF paper but I couldn't find it's their calls go unanswered, while some former employees say it's more. Who ever is or was in charge please take us out of the system so that we can claim UIF
