They used my government persal number to open a funeral policy on my behalf, added contact details, home address, and beneficiary that I do not onow where they got them from. When I asked to cancel they policy they required my bank details for refund which they instead used as "updated bank details" to deduct money from my bank, which is also *******. I want this ***** policy cancelled and I want my money.
