Hollard life wise *****ulent policy

Hollard life wise took a policy using my name without my consent they deduct through my persal number. I called them and inform them that they are deducting my money without my consent because I do have a policy with them they send they will send a form for cancelling via email and do investigation till now I have not receive email they are still deducting my money
