I noticed a deduction on my payslip for a policy I did not sign up. I emailed the ***** department requesting written response, instead someone phoned me. I requested a phone call back in an hout instead received and sms. On the same day a week ago I sent an email attaching the first mail requesting that I am still waiting on the reply on my mail as well as the phone call. A couple of days later I again sent a mail. Yesterday I sent a mail again after receiving an sms stating the case has been closed since they did not receive any documentation as proof on this *****ulent deduction from my payslip.
