Funeral policy **** alert

The company for 2 months deducted money from my salary advice and authorized a funeral policy I don't know of. Since August I have been asking for refund only received for August and September haven't received anything. An email stated I need to wait for the September to reflect from their side. A whole company like Hollard doesn't have R100 to refund me, I have to wait for mine to reflect on them. I have requested evidence on who gave them permission to take money from my payslip, I am being ghosted.
