At last - a builder i can recommend wholeheartedly!

Not often than you get a building contractor that you can rave about.

Louis (from Leyanda) performed major renovations for us to turn an old dance school (ex old offices) into a really great guesthouse. He did this in manner that was exemplary. Always on time. Always left the site neat before clocking off and always listening to building ideas and offering excellent advice. Louis and his team (Piet, Oupa, Brian and all the others) was pleasant to have on our premises for many months and NOT ONCE did we experience anything but friendliness and excellent work from them. Leyenda did such a great job that, after the renovations, we immediately got them to renovate our own main bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and re-do our swimming pool (moved weir and all piping, pump and pool filters). Wish I had more money to let them re-do our whole house! Really, really good service at reasonable prices. Ask Louis. He can do anything! A builder with integrity. You can believe what he says.
