Unsatisfied customer

Yesterday my son took my Lexus ES 250 for a service and some issues that I needed attention.I must say I’m quite disappointed with the service first of all my son was right there at the premises any issues theywcould have started with him first before continuing with the service. They did find an issue some leaking gasket and TPMS warning on because I later find out that it’s the broken tyre sensor that’s broken inside the tyre that they claimed was the noise coming from the brakes that I needed to pay R1200 for and mind you once the tyre and wheels people removed the sensors the supposedly noise from the brakes stopped saving me the heartache. All I’m saying listen to the customer always. All I wanted was the leaking oil fixed Tthat THEY told e about as it was urgent not the service but was told they can’t cancel the service and I couldn’t afford both.The cherry on top did not receive the use oil filter that they give to show what they changed. Thanks Lexus the Glen you have just lost a customer
