Poor shuttle service

Workmanship is ok but shuttle service non existing. I left my for service and waited for 1/2 HR and couldn't wait any longer and arranged my own transport to go to attend an important meeting. In the afternoon I received the call from lexus that my car was ready there was no driver to come to fetch to collect the vehicle till I called them after 2 hour long and the driver was arranged only reminding by me. I don't prefer lexus the glen in future. Bye bye lexus the glen
