Unattended complaints regarding my Lexus car IS350

<p>I own lexus IS 350 year 2011,it has been going on with good service until this year.My car was due for 120,000km service and I took it on the 26th MAy 2016(ref ********** ),to Lexus ,Midrand branch,was asked about problem the car has,I mentioned that it is a making sqeaking noise when I brake.They serviced the car and make recommendations for me to repair some part ,I cannot remember the name but was promised it will adress the problem of the noise.</p> <p>9 Jne 2016 I took the car again to Midrand to be put that part in and I paid R6,400.After some time the noise started again.2 September 2016(ref ********** ),I took the car to Lynnwood branch,they look at the car and couldn't detect any problem,they cleaned the brake plate discs and gave it back to me to test and said if it persist i must come back.After a week it started and on the 8 September 2016,I took the car in again,they said they cannot detect the problem.</p> <p> </p> <p>I complaint to lexus online,mistakely to US,they responded promptly but refereed me to South Aft=rica,i lodged many compliant in s SA several times no respond hence I thoink you will be able to assist.</p> <p>The car is still making an embarassing noise when I brake and I am afraid it will affect other parts. </p> <p> </p> <p>Please assist</p>
