Unacceptable service from Lexus Constantia Johannesburg

Promises not kept. - Fitting the new number plate took over2 mths resulting in extra EToll charges. - Some questions asked in January still not answered, even after repeated follow ups. - Some Phone calls not returned. - Some Emails not answered, and the most disappointing experience was: Bought my Lexus for R333 000 and when I wanted to buy a different brand 7 mths later, received tradein offer of initially R 140 000 from Lexus. This was increased to R 200 000 when I queried how this could be possible. Still a drop of R183 000 in 7 mths !!! Never ever experienced anything like this, and especially disappointing when Lexus markets itself as a premium brand.

Reviewer Update
Update: the drop in value was R 133 000 over a 7 mths period, and not R 183 000 as stated in my first posting.
Since my last posting the dealer is offering me R 220 000 so my loss is still a substantial R 113 000 after 7 months. Without extras the price was around R294 000. Even then the drop is R 74 000.
The dealer has offered to assist me in selling the car and is adverting it at R 309 000.

When I bought the car I was told that I could expect a consumption of 4,1 l/ 100 km. The actual figure turns out to be between 5 and 5,5 l/100km.
I was also promised a buy back letter stating a buy back figure after 2 years.
I agreed to the sale on this basis, ie trusting in these promises.
Consumption with normal driving is between 5 and 5,5l/100 km ( urban combined). I can only achieve under 5 with very careful driving.
The buyback letter kept being promised, but was never sent. The Sales Exec has since left.
