My vehicle was due for a minor service, and I was offered a wait service by Elijah, where the technician would service my car while I wait. I pitched up at 730 where Kenneth was waiting with the documentation ready, and a technician promptly took the car in. It was ready 50 minutes later, quicker than the promised 1 hour! Kennith took the time to explain the work done, and ensure that I was happy before I left. Well done!
