Poor after sales service

<p>You buy the car and it is not cheap. Afterwards you are treated very poorly. Pre-delivery inspection not done / properly done since cruise control and park assist do not work. Lexcus order parts after visually inspecting your car, nobody informs you when it arrives, it is send back, upon enquiry 8 weeks later, it is reordered, it arrives and you are informed (2 weeks later), you confirm before arriving at the dealership, you arrive, the part is wrong. Note that the part was there before and was not returned because it was wrong but because there was nobody to pay for it and considering I was the one suppose to pay for it but nobody informed me. </p>
