I do not remember a day or time when l either had a problem with my car or a complaint, and you were unable to assist. Your customer care service is on point. Please keep it up and do the same with all your customers.

I first bought my Lexus car in 2014. Since then l have never been let down, not even a single day. I have full confidence in the Lexus brand(car); it has never let me down at all. It is phenomenal not only to drive, but the staff at Lexus South Africa Constantia (West Rand) are always willing to go an extra mile.
