No stock of Lexus parts in South Africa

My car has issues with the brake system and the brake fluid pipe, among other parts need to be replaced. There is no stock of certain Lexus parts in South Africa and these parts need to be ordered from Japan. The lead time for these parts is a ridiculous 21 working days. I have to, at my own expense hire a car for at least three to four weeks because there is no stock of Lexus parts in this country. I avoided buying another car brand for this very reason and will not buy a Lexus again if every time there is a part to be replaced I have to wait for up to a month to have it repaired, and at a massive inconvenience and expense to myself just to have transport while I wait!!!!
