Mark your territory in style

I start to have my doubts about lexus back up service. On the 22nd of May my lexus will be the service center for 3 months for guarantee repairs. A weekly promise of spares is late and to keep me informed still no success. At one stage I receive a notification and a conformation that the car will be ready on a Friday at 07:15 in the morning. I had to take one day leave from work and travel 350 Km to collect it was not even touched. Then travel all the way back. The owner confirmed that the spares were standing on the floor next to the car. Untouched. Not to mention that I have paid 3 installments on the vehicle with no benefit of using it. They do mark there territory in style. Ha ha
