lexus used cars - the glen - very disappointing

<p>I purchased a used Audi Q5 im march . The car had gearbox issues and has been taken to gearbox repair twice. i was promised a gaurantee letter ,which seems impossible to get.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Dealer principle Jeremy Lumly keeps telling me he will call me back in 10 minutes ! </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Salesperson Mervin Alexander keeps telling me ''the letter is comming today i promise!''</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>i have sent over 12 emails ...</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>no return of phone calls ever.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>They have now lost any recomendations from our Business (Midas ) / family and friends. ... what a waste ! especially in this economy.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Perhaps they should send all the staff for training to Brian at Autohaus Gobel in northcliff.
