Lexus Service Department

Tried booking my car for a service with Centurion Lexus (where I purchased), could not get hold of anybody in the services department, left a message and nobody bothers to call back. Then managed to make an appointment at Midrand Lexus. Realised I needed to reschedule, called back and again left a message to call me back and nobody bothers to call back. I eventually call them back today and get told no availability. Had someone bothered to call me back yesterday - this would not be an issue. This is my first service with Lexus and so far I am not impressed!
