Lexus Poor Service and Negligence

I traded a Lexus in at Lexus Toyota Polokwane, and now I keep receiving fines in the post for the car I traded in. The sales manager has been driving with this car and the car has not been taken off my name yet?!! I have spoken to the dealer principal of Monument Toyota, as he manages this Lexus Polokwane dealership. He assured me that no further fines were on the system for this car. The car I purchased was delivered late at night and was filthy. This is not a premium dealership experience at all!! I am still waiting for my jackets which I was promised?!!
