Lexus Lynnwood...lies again

<p>It was attempt no 5 this morning to rectify a small problem with my vehicle. Even adter escalating it to Head Office, Lexus Lynnwood dissapointed once again. The manager was not there, the courtesy vehicle not organised. In fact, no one even knew while I was there. Ï have phoned Lexus Lynnwood more than 10 times since I took my car in for the intial service in September - not once has the manager called back. nThis is really unacceptable customer service and gives the Lexus brand a bad name. All I can say is that the so-called Lexus experience is a myth at Lexus Lynnwood.</p>
