Lexus in breach of contractual agreement

I bought a Lexus November and I confirmed in the contract that I do not give any permission for my details to be shared with any outside Company neither are they permitted to send any promotional communications to me. Since December I am receiving sms'se asking me to provide a quote to me on my new Lexus.

What happens to the signed contractual agreement and how did King Price Insurance obtained my information? I did addressed this with Lexus Polokwane but it did not stopped.

Lexus is in breach of the signed agreement and I would like to know how they are going to fix this situation as the confidentiality of my personal information was not adhered to.

With the Popi Act what is Lexus SA and Polokwane going to do?
