Lexus Gateway Umhlanga *******!!! NO GO ZONE

I bought a BMW for R260 000,within 7 days of driving it, it broke down.There was a rattling noise coming from the engine,I told the GM-Denzil Maistry about the issue, he said he will sort it out. The car was taken and given back to me with the exact same problem. I drove it to Margate, tried to start the BMW-and nothing. I was stuck in Margate.I took the car back to Lexus Gateway and told them to cancel the deal, the GM said \I can't cancel the deal\" he will trade the car in at R220 000 and I can take something else.Within such a short time I lost R40 000.I took a Golf 6 GTI which was cheaper than my BMW,yet my instalment went up by R500 (Denzil said this was due to the outstanding amount on the trade in)I desperately needed a car.After 2 weeks of owning the GTI,I heard a squeaking sound coming from the wheels,I took the car to Alpine VW for a complete check- Missing wheel nuts,worn rack ends,disc pads metal to metal,boost leak,engine oil low,cover missing from the bumper.I told the GM about the issues.Hes ignoring my calls,not responding.This is totally unprofessional,I've taken this matter to the Motor Ombudsman,Non-stop issues with 2 vehicles from the same dealership..STAY AWAY!"
