<p>I would like to commend Lexus Fourways for the outstanding customer service afforded to me today</p> <p>I bought a new Lexus, the guys at work played a prank on me with a **** oil spill underneath the vehical.</p> <p>When I noticed it I immediately contacted Lexus Fourways and Warren promptly arrived within an hour with a Brand New Loan vehical of the same model.</p> <p> </p> <p>They picked up my car and left to their workshop to investigate the problem. The pranksters owned up they contacted Warren, he returned the vehical back without any issues and said "No problem this is part of our customer service"</p> <p> </p> <p>Fantastic Service Excellence from Lexus</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you Lexus Fourways</p> <p> </p>
