Lexus dont reply to emails

I contacted Lexus on their website regarding the all new LX. Few days later nobody contacted me or rep**** to the website email.

I now went on the website and started a "live chat", equally disappointing.

Horrible, are you guys serious or do you have this services as a gimmick to fool people.
