Great service from Gugu at Lexus eMalahleni

Gugu Nkosi has truly redeemed Lexus eMalahleni in my eyes. After an unpleasant experience last year, I felt very daunted when I found myself going back to the dealership when I had a battery issue last week, but the experience was great and service amazing. I first went in because I needed help with a battery, Gugu assisted me and prioritized me. She swiftly arranged to have my car checked and battery charged. I did not have an appointment, but she readily assisted me and kept me posted the entire time. Her service is very professional, truly outstanding.

Whilst my battery was being checked, the team discovered that my front brake pads were almost finished, Gugu informed me and offered to order them for me and have them fitted in a few days. I was there first thing on Friday morning as arranged, she assisted me and even offered me the use of the Lexus lounge so I could sit there, warm and do some work. I am really bowled over by her service and going the extra mile. My car brakes were fitted, I got regular updates when this was being done, and it was also washed. What a pleasant experience!! A definite thumbs up to the Lexus team from me. Gugu is a GEM!
