Fix it right the first time guys, or be accountable and make sure the customer is happy.

Great service to start, bought a vehicle there, heard a strange noise and was very impressed because the sales person took the vehicle to be repaired. It took a bit long but I got the car so smiles all around. Then I experienced a problem and that's where the true service should start showing up. They don't do loan cars, they say you have to take a R40000 excess insurance to use one of their vehicles. But sure if you can get the car back there they will send it away again. Unacceptable guys but the norm it seems. Strangely I received above average service from a company called EBK motors. What a stand up bunch. Car has issues, no problem, they gave me a loan car sent the car for repair and when we found out there were some major problems that couldn't be repaired, they took the car back no problems. It's strange that these guys can teach the big boys a lesson.
