Best service ever experienced in SA with Lexus Fourways, especially with Jaco! Never seen a service advisor so patient, friendly and professional. Our family traditionally drove Audi, Benz and BMW, but recenetly gave lexus a try! The level of service and detail from Lexus Fourways put all other brands at shame! Jaco was extremely patient, explained every single detail on service invoice every time, never seen that with any other dealership. When my Nx200 was in for service, the interior boot cover must of been mistakenly swapped with another customer, Jaco and Lexus Fourways bought a brand new cover for me even though I just wanted the old cover back so as not to waste any unnecessary resources, but it shows their level of attention with consumer experience, we now have 3 lexus in family and will only be servicing at Lexus Fourways, and will only be buying from them!
