<br> Driving a Lexus in SA is like driving an alien car. Not because of their beauty or uniqueness but because of their bad after sales service and customer care. Lexus sells cars in SA and they do not keep parts of those cars in the country. The worst nightmare of owning one is to be told you will have to wait weeks and at times months to drive your car whilst it is awaiting parts from Japan.<br> <br> Now as if Japan is in Mars or another planet, Lexus SA never heard of a courier service. They do not even want their own customers and Lexus owners to pay for courier of the parts from Japan since Lexus SA never heared of a courier service. Lexus cars are made to park in show rooms and repairs rooms.
