Do not buy a Lexus

In May this year, my Lexus 350IS was broken in to. I took my car to Lexus The Glen on 15 May 2015. My rear window had to be replaced as well as the runner for the window and the rubber. My spare weel was also ****** and had to be replaced. I was told that they did not have stock and it had to be ordered. It took four weeks to get a spare weel. It is now six weeks later, and still They have not got the spares for the window. I was told that it will only be available on 9 July. This is pathetic for a company like Lexus and I would not recommend buying a Lexus at all. Who wants to be out of a car for 2 months for such a simple part. I can not use the car at all, because I do not have a rear door window. THINK CAREFUL IF YOU WANT TO BUY A LEXUS.
