Disappointing Service at Lexus Constantia

Shocking Srtvice received at Lexus Constantia

I’m very disappointed with the service received at Lexus Constantia.

Like any dealership I’ve been to, when you walk into, one expects a warm welcome from one the sales/service consultant. Unfortunately that was not the case. I had to ask 1. Whether I’d parked in the right spot 2. Ask if I could get some assistance 3. I wasn’t kept updated regarding the status of my car.

Upon collection, I had to wait a good 15min because my consultant was attending a drinks session at work. To close the deal my car was not washed.

Speaking from experience and considering the amount of money we spend on our you’d expect more. I’m extremely disappointed and would never advise anyone to go there.
