BAD SERVICE AND DAMAGED GOODS
Last week my sister got a call from Lexus to bring in her car for the Recall-Lexus Fuel Pressure Replacement Campaign. On 08/12/15, she took in her car.At 14:00,Pieter called and informed my sister that her radiator cap needs to be replaced also. She was informed the job will be finished by 12:00.Lexus didn't call back.My sister returned to Lexus on 09/12/15 to inquire about her car,she was met with excuses,no accountability and defence.Yes, she did raise her voice at Pieter Wouter Kriel who was treating her like an idiot and then chased her out of the dealership without confirming whether they did what they said they would do on the car.No apology was given to her(customer service 101).My sister took her car and discovered that some knots and bolts were missing on the engine cover and the car was dirty. The question now remains, did they fix the car as she paid to replace the cap? It is a known fact that, dealerships are not making money from sales, they intentionally break the cars knowing that they will be returned to be fixed. That's were they make their money. Since the dealership represents you,Lexus SA, I suggest you correct the incompetence of your subordinates
