Refund

Incorrect parts have been supp**** by Lextreme, after they have confirmed it is the correct parts. Was told that the parts can be returned for a full refund, if incorrect. Returned the parts the next day. Lextreme personnel informed me that the details will be given to the accounts department for my refund. Apparently it takes two business days for the refund to be done, although you have to pay immediately for the parts, when purchasing. You can't only pay two days afterwards for your parts. Today it is already 5 working days and still no refund. It is completely unacceptable.
