Promises, Lies and Pathetic Service

<p>I had two conversions done at Lextreme (Silvertondale, South Africa). The first vehicle took them 4 months to complete and was only a replacement job. The second vehicle was "done" six months after delivered to them; released by Lextreme the vehicle was unable to reach speeds of more than 80km/h and has since cost a further R17000 to get it in such a way that it will drive. A year later I have still not received any instillation certificates in order to register the new engines on the SAPS vehicle register database. 5 emails in the past 4 days have had no results. Management and staff keep making promises but do not deliver services that they offer. Unprofessional, deceiving and pathetic; I would not recommend them to any member of public. I would like to mention each individual by name but they know who they are.</p>
