Sign up with Lexpro, spend time with training and doing Demo's on their system. Submit a signed contractual agreement together with artwork and required documents and they just forget about you. When you cancel the agreement they try to hide behind "the agreement was not filed on their side so that they can make sure that they are compatible and meet the requirements of our firm" - This after we were about to go live and just awaiting for our files to be uploaded. I ended up cancelling with them and signing up with another company.
