VERY ANGRY!!!!

I am writing this with anger in my heart! I have been receiving rude calls from a lady names Ria at Lexmed Pretoria claiming that I do not want to pay my account. I have explained to her that I have not received the debit order forms but she is accusing me of lying saying I am a **** screaming at me in my ear saying I do not want to pay!! I am very upset about this and being accused of something that is not true hurts even more. I offered to give my banking details telephonically but she does not want to give it neither does she want to give the banking details that I must deposit the money into. I have the money but she does not want to believe me that no debit order forms came through. Shouting in my ear that I am a ****! I am so angry right now and wants someone to call me back asap. PS I only found out about this outstanding bill two weeks ago so this is going on long already!!!!
