Good morning

I fail to understand why this practice has handed me over where as they have failed to come back to me is this how business is done? So clearly just because I am owing I don’t have rights and I can be threatened? This practice(DR Dire) never explained prior that I was supposed to make a payment prior to admission but yet again I am not disputing it I don’t think that it makes financial sense for you to demand this amount where as I HAD REQUESTED TO MAKE A PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT FOR R150 PER MOND IT’S MAINLY BECAUSE OF AFFORDABILITY CONSTRAINTS Please see the communication below

Morning I think I have previously requested for a 4 months payment arrangement but I was only restricted to 3 months which I failed to commit due to affordability constraints I am not disputing to pay the amount due although I was never advised prior but at this moment I can only afford to pay R150 towards the arrears effective from this month end until the amount is settled

Regards Glory
