This is unacceptable and very unprofessional

<p>I injured my shoulder in 2015,i was then taken to the melomed hospital in bellville,luckily for me my shoulder wasnt dislocated,after being assesed by the doctor on duty i paid the bill with my debit card and came home.More than a year later i got a mysterious text saying i need to pay a bill that's outstanding I then decided to call the number in the message that's the very 1st time i was made aware of certain fees i needed to pay i explained my story to the lady who helped me she then understood and said she would forward it to the relevant parties concerned. Now im getting messages of legal action from Drs Schnetler Corbett & Part Inc which is unacceptable and very dissapoint because i was never made aware of any additional fees the day i was at the hospital nor did i get any calls,text or emails from anyone hence the reason i feel that its ******ion i feel scared and constantly anxicious because of these mesaages</p> <p> </p>
