Rude and ****** agent

<p>BERNADETTE who refused to give her surname from LexMed Cape Town called and treatened IF I DONT PAY WILL ENSURE TO SEND SOMEONE FROM THE COURT TO COME ARREST ME FROM MY WORKPLACE. This is the second time Bernadette has been demeaning, disrespectful, insensitive, rude and ****** in the manner she spoke. I am disputing this account being with LexMed in the first place because if I received correspondence from Dr Geldenhuys about this account on time it would have been paid fully by means of a subsidy which need be app**** for within 6 months after operation date. I received an sms months later after my operation that Dr DC Geldenhuys (the hospital surgeon I was not even aware of as I was dealing with my specialist) In February I made second payment to Dr Geldenhuys as per discussion with Estelle in January who work for Dr Geldenhuys. I was suprised to receive an sms from LexMed and when I called Estelle she said she cannot retrieve the account from Lexmed. And that their bank Capitec does not cater references. How does a business operate like that because you need a reference for a deposit so they know who made the payment. Now the balance is almost double the amount within few months because of all the additional amounts by LexMed. And have to deal with this Bernadette who cleary cannot speak to black people. These people can ruin and exploit the poor unnecessary.</p>
