Rude agent

I called LexMed to enquire about a bill they have been sending me. I use medical aid and at no point had my doctor informed me that the medical aid did not settle the bill. I therefore called Leximed, I asked the woman whom I thought was going to assist. She got impatient and kept raising her voice. I ask why she sees the need to shout and she got even louder asking me if I want her to really shout at me. I asked for the number of the Dr who sent my account to them she told me I am the one who used the doctor, I should have the number. I really do not think people with such attitude, temper and lack of respect should be made to deal with enquiries. <br> <br>
