Poor service

<p>Good Morning.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to bring the following to your attention. I made an agreement with Lexmed to pay of a doctors account at the end of every month. In December Lexmed debit my account on the 15 December 2016, However the aggreement was for the last day of the month. After about 40 calls to them and many expalining to them that they should only debit the account on the last day did they refund my money, as the bank charged me for a unpaid debit order. Once again they did the same in January 2017. I have spoken to many people at their office in Pretoria requesting that they call me back and two weeks later I am still waiting for this call. Ifeel that this is not the kind of service that you provide to your customers. They are quick to take your money but when they have to do a refund you can forget to hear from them</p>
