Paid complete bill and got another two weeks later

I paid them the very same day they supp**** banking details and the balance 27/05/2015, l also made sure this information was e-mailed through to the person l had dealt with. <br> Two weeks later l got a letter from Pansegrouw attorneys stating that if l don't pay an additional R21.86 to LexMEd they will take action against me. The letter from Pansegrouw Attorneys is dated 28/05/2015, but the stamp on the envelope is dated 01/06/2015, the letter was actually received on 06/06/2015, l suspect another tactic of there's to force you to pay extra.<br> I have left out all the details on how hard it actually was to get information out of LexMed and just included what l thought were the more to the point facts.
