Outrageous and disgusting service

Where do I begin?? My entire experience with LexMed can be summed up with the following list- From disgusting phone etticack to shocking and down right disrespectful atttitude evident mostly in their call center agents along with aggressive, accusatory, and defamation of my and my wife’s character. This is merely a snippet of what to expect when they contact you before then buckle up because the ride you now find yourself on can only be described as completely nightmarish and borderline traumatic experience at the hands of LexMed and certain of its employees oh and in case you aren’t aware this appears to be a company that prides itself in achieving its targets and collection of outstanding monies through behavior that can best be described as despicable, harassing, badgering, and straight forward abusive. Forgive me but since when did employees, yet alone employers deem that such practices and “mafia style” running of a business/agency/organization in such away as being par for the course. Inspite of numerous requests made by myself to rather speak with a manager I felt my requests were either ignored and/or often met with outright refusal if anything which also includes the providing of **** management contact details as a quick fix to my requests. My frustrations with LexMed and their consultants is then further exasperated by the constants shuffling me back and forth and from pillar to posts, these rather poor and questionable tactics are then further aggravated when mixing “incomponent, rude, direspectful, and bordering on ******** characteristics only to be topped of the a dollop of false accusations, which are found to be incomplete, baseless, harmful, and prejudice accusations that seek to only further paint my integrity in a bad light. To add to this and my ordeal the account was settled on the 26 October, however, the folks at LexMed felt the need to attache further costs to my account, the complete nerve and arrogance of these people. Living in SA never seizes to amaze me. In a nutshell, Never do business with, they are anything but upfront and transparent with you, they go out of their way to paint you out as being at fault but all just a smoke screen as to the real dealings of LexMed and how they go about conducting services the way they do is extremely ***** in my opinion.
