LexMed charges with no invoice.

I was handed over to them even though I was paying towards my bill. I received an email with an amount on that was now due which included a R800 for their fees 6 days after the total bill was due Outstanding amount was R2000. I did not recieve a statement from them to show me what the fees was for just an email with the amount and a bank account
