Incorrect statement

My reference is AJG 4970

On the 19 April 2017 I have received an email stating that I owe Drs De Beer, De Jager Radioloë an amount of R2,257.03 which I committed that I will pay R500.00 monthly. On 28July 2017 I received and email statin that I owe an amount of R1,692.55 and I have written an email requesting a statement breakdown. the statement was not sent to me, even the acknowledgement of my email. (I have noted on the statement that there are amounts which I dispute as stated below as a summary: R18.00 for Other necessary expenses R18.00 for necessary email R18.00 for necessary telephone call R9.00 for correspondence attended to R35.00 settlement statement The opening balance as at 9 May 2017 was R2 361.99 minus R1 500 balance is R 861.99 As per your statement I have the closing balance of R1,692.55 which I don’t understand where does it come from ( R1 500 – R1 692,55 = R192.55 which means is the money I’ve paid already. I am disputing your statement and what I acknowledge is the balance of R862.00 which is going to be paid before Monday and I won’t be able to pay an amount of R 437.00 for service fees. Kind regards Sivato) on 26 September 2017 I have received an sms stating that I owe an amount of R 964.48 and on the 5 October 2017 I have received an sms stating that I owe an amount of R 1 039.94. if I do my calculations correctly I don't owe LexmED and money. may I please request that the matter be corrected as a matter of urgency.
