Getting away with it?

<p>After reading more complaints, I've noted that none have been responded to. How is it that companies like this is getting away with taking money from people, getting them into possible legal situations, blacklisting them unknowingly due to their rudeness and "strong business s****s" - that's their way of doing business and getting money back to medical aids, but meantime unknowingly innocent public's lifes are badly influenced and taken for a ride to make money. Why threaten people? Why do Medical Aid Companies waste money in the first place!! They might as well just use old fasioned communication and politeness to inform someone in detail exactly what they supposedly owe, giving enough warning at least. Then by all means if no action, hand them to professionals, but NOT by means of inflating balances, giving one balance the one day then adding a Receipt fee of R435, putting account back into a debt, then adding interest and fees even for phonecalls made TO them, chargings for a mere service which a client should be entitled to in the firs tplace, a statement charge of R35, an email charge of R18, all obviously PLUS VAT. If a person pais this, will there be another "Receipt fee" added? This could keep on for ever it seems!!!! I'm extremely irate!!!!</p>
